Phoenix / Metro Green Drinks
Did you hear? The Phoenix / Metro Green Drinks has graduated! The Phoenix Metro chapter of Green Drinks was founded in 2005 by a.k.a. Green and grown beyond expectations. In 2005 the event, which is held at various restaurants and bars throughout the valley, averaged 20-30 people each month and now that monthly number has grown to over 100.
“The Phoenix Green Chamber is very proud to be the new host of Green Drinks, as the events have been a large catalyst for connectivity, community, collaboration, and change in the environmental sector,” said Mara DeFillipis, PGCC founder.
Green Drinks, an international movement started in 1989 in London by Edwin Datschefski, is a networking opportunity and informal social gathering for green-minded individuals that has spread like wildfire in recent years.
